Hire of Bubble Machines
We will respond to your hire enquiry and confirm whether the dates you request to hire a machine are available or unavailable.
If available, you will receive an email confirming the dates you requested then should you wish to go ahead with a booking we require payment of the total amount including the security bond. The confirmation email will contain instructions on how to make payment to us.
Once payment has been received a confirmation email will be sent to you with a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
You will be required to sign a copy of the Terms and Conditions when your machine is delivered to you.
Prices & Payment
All prices are subject to change without notification. All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars.
Payment is accepted via Direct Bank Deposit, Paymate or PayPal. You do not need to be a member of Paymate or PayPal to make a payment. Payments processed through Paypal will be referenced as LOTSABUBBLE on your bank or credit card statement. If paying by direct deposit please ensure you quote your order number. Goods ordered will only be posted once payment has cleared into our account. Standard time is 24-48 hours depending on your bank.
When hiring a machine from us, payment is required within 48 hours of you receiving confirmation from us. A Bubble Machine will not be reserved for you until full payment is received.
All security bonds paid for hire of bubble machines will be refunded to you in CASH upon our collection of the machine at the end of the hire period. You will be required to sign a receipt.
Postage of Goods ordered from our online shop
All items ordered through the website are posted using Australia Post.
Postage charges are based on the size and weight of your order.
Standard pre-paid satchels or express post satchels are used for purchases up to three kilograms (subject to size of order)
Our postage charges are:
For small items (i.e bubble mixtures, bath gels, soaps etc)
Standard Post up to 3 kilograms - $9.90
Express Post up to 3 kilograms - $11.30
Please select the delivery option you require at checkout.
For Bubble Machines:
Flat charge of $14.50 for each bubble machine (due to the size of the box)
Please select the 'Bubble Machine' option at checkout
If delivery of the items ordered is not able to be made to your address a card will be left informing you of the nearest Australia Post outlet the parcel has been taken to. It is then your responsibility to collect the items from this outlet.
For Gold Coast residents, delivery of items ordered from the website is FREE.
if you live within our delivery area of Coomera to Palm Beach.
All orders processed through the website are sent within 24 hours after receiving cleared payment; unless an item is out of stock. If out of stock, you will receive an email advising an expected delivery time.
An confirmation email will be sent to you advising when your items have been posted. Please allow at least 2-3 working days for your parcel to arrive. Should you have any concerns that a parcel has not arrived to your address after this time please feel free to contact us.
Cancellation Policy - Bubble Machine Hire
Please be aware that once payment has been made for a machine hire booking cancellation fees apply.
If you cancel a booking more than seven days before the date booked we will refund 50% of the monies paid, inclusive of security bond
If you cancel a booking within 48 hours of date required we will refund 25% of total monies paid, inclusive of security bond.
No refund will be given if a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours of date required.
